Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details CVICU RN (CTICU Tower 4) position at St Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Weekly Orientations on Mondays, except for holiday weeks. Candidates cannot work another assignment / contract while working for Dignity AZ. Must be gone from CommonSpirit for 12 months as permanent staff to be considered for a travel assignment. No facial piercings and only natural hair colors allowed. Onboarding due by 1pm CST Wednesday before start; the facility will not allow anything to be pending. Job Requirements Level I experience required. Previous travel experience required for ED, Neuro ICU. 2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required. CERNER EMR experience required for ED. Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance of a position. Schedule Information Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks. Unit Specific Information Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR (Cerner experience) required. Additional Details Travelers can be expected to have nursing students; this is a teaching hospital. Parking assigned to a parking lot, and then shuttled to the facility. Night shift : Assigned to a parking garage.
