This person helps maintain all parish buildings and grounds.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior Experience in maintenance of building and grounds preferred
3. Have a valid driver's license.
4. Common Sense
Essential Functions:
1. Maintain parish buildings and grounds.
2. Safely and appropriately operate all equipment.
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
1. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
2. Have organizational and follow up skills.
3. Maintain appropriate attire and attitude.
4. Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
5. Strong time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
1. Requires prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, turning, and reaching.
2. Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects.
3. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round.
