As a family-owned business rooted in Michigan tradition, we work closely with local farmers and pride ourselves on innovation and quality. Now, we are growing our presence in the Tri-county area to Metro Detroit, and we need someone like YOU to help us bring the St. Julian experience to life!
Your Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of St. Julian Winery & Distillery in the Tri-county to Metro Detroit area. This is your chance to drive sales, strengthen distributor relationships, and create unforgettable tasting experiences. Reporting to the Distribution and Chain Account Sales Manager, you will work closely with our sales reps and distributors to grow the brand and share our story.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Distribution and Chain Sales representatives to develop and execute strategic market plans.
- Conduct account calls, distributor work-withs, and tasting events in the Tri-County area-to-Detroit region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Ensure adherence to St. Julian’s sales processes and promotional guidelines.
- Provide feedback from the field to identify market needs and new sales opportunities.
- Be a true St. Julian brand advocate by bringing passion, professionalism, and authenticity to every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in beverage sales, distributor roles, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Personality: Outgoing, positive, and excited to connect with people over a great product.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the Tri-County area to Metro Detroit.
- Education: High school diploma required.
