We are seeking experienced and dependable painting subcontractors to join our network. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential homes to large commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Painting Services: Perform high-quality painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared, including sanding, caulking, and priming, to achieve a flawless finish.
- Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized job site, leaving all areas in pristine condition upon completion.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients on-site, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Project Management: Collaborate with our project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within the agreed-upon schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Skills: Proficient in all aspects of painting, including surface preparation, and skilled in brush, roller, and spray techniques.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid contractor’s license and insurance in the state of New Jersey.
- Tools: Provide your own tools and transportation; paint and materials will be supplied by STLPS
- Reliability: Proven ability to complete projects on time and to high standards.
- References: Must provide references from previous clients or employers who can vouch for your work quality and reliability.
