Assistant Director of Admissions
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Directors of Admissions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and enrolling a diverse student body
- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans
- Counseling students and families throughout the college search process
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in higher education admissions. A master's degree is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Admissions will be responsible for:
- Conducting information sessions and tours for prospective students and families
- Managing admission events and programs
- Reviewing and evaluating application materials
- Collaborating with faculty and staff to promote the university
The Assistant Director will also contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to ensure the enrollment goals of the university are met.
