The Associate Director of Laurentian Engagement will play a key role in supporting the mission of St. Lawrence University by leading the planning and coordination of Reunion Weekend and other events under Laurentian Engagement.
Role Description
This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for Reunion Weekend, including marketing materials and event logistics, as well as working closely with the Associate Director of Annual Giving to identify, recruit, and manage Reunion volunteers.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Develop and coordinate Reunion Weekend, including marketing materials and event logistics.
- Work with the Associate Director of Annual Giving to recruit and manage Reunion volunteers for milestone classes.
- Assist the Director in coordinating on-campus events, including Laurentian Weekend and Scarlet and Brown Day.
- Travel to off-campus events as assigned and engage with potential Reunion volunteers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relational databases.
