At St. Lawrence University, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Laurentian Engagement.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to lead the planning and coordination of Reunion Weekend, working closely with the Director of Laurentian Engagement and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for Reunion Weekend, including marketing materials and event logistics.
- Coordinate with the Associate Director of Annual Giving to identify, recruit, and manage Reunion volunteers for milestone classes.
- Assist the Director in coordinating Laurentian Weekend, Scarlet and Brown Day, and other on-campus events.
- Travel to off-campus events as assigned and meet with potential Reunion volunteers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field required.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, build effective relationships, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
