Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Assist with daily activities of living to help residents maintain independence
- Support the nursing team in providing high-quality care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for residents
- MUST HAVE current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license in Ohio
- Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required
- Passion for providing exceptional care and support to residents
