Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare automotive documents for vehicles sold.
- Break down deals to determine lien payoff amounts, commissions, etc.
- Bill out new & used car sales.
- Alert Finance and Sales Departments regarding any issues with deals.
- Review and clean accounting schedules and other financial documents to ensure accuracy completeness.
- Post deals for accuracy and ensure all data is entered into the accounting system correctly.
- Process new vehicles into accounting.
- Balance sales commissions from deals.
- Reconcile daily deposits.
- Assist in monthly closings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
