As an Attractions Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading a team to ensure guests have a safe, exciting, and memorable experience. You’ll oversee key attractions, including the Ropes Course, Mirror Maze, and Selfie Express! Your role will focus on team leadership, guest engagement, and safety management to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire – Motivate your team to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
- Keep It Safe – Ensure guests and team members follow safety procedures, especially at the Ropes Course.
- Problem-Solve on the Fly – Tackle challenges, from guest concerns to equipment issues, with a cool head.
- Train & Develop – Teach team members how to engage with guests, operate attractions, and create unforgettable moments.
- Keep It Running – Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and daily operations of the attractions.
- Create a Positive Vibe – Make every guest feel welcome, excited, and eager to return!
What We’re Looking For:

- 1-2 years of leadership experience (attractions, recreation, or hospitality preferred).
- Confidence in leading a team and creating a supportive, fun environment.
- Strong communication skills – you know how to engage guests and coach team members.
- Safety-first mindset – especially for high-adventure attractions like the Ropes Course!
- Tech-savvy and organized – comfortable with scheduling, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Creative problem-solver who can think fast and adapt.
