This salaried, full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday role will work at our primary office location on North Warson Road in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support the program areas of ARCH Respite and Family Navigation
- Manage in-home residential (ARCH Respite) program, including direct communication with new and existing Respite families, and supervision of Respite staff
- Assist families with all areas of respite supports, including enrollment, eligibility and allotted hours
- Monitor caseloads assigned to the family navigators
- Maintain a small (5 or less) caseload of families for navigation
- Supervise, lead, coach and acknowledge the work of family navigators
- Use outstanding customer service and knowledge of best practices in supporting families
- Use computer systems to maintain information and navigate communications, including MS Office and the Respite portal to enter and retrieve data
- Attend community navigation meetings and other community events and networking opportunities
- Act as a liaison to other departments to ensure families receive outstanding customer service
- Assist in additional areas as assigned to contribute to the success of the Family Supports department.

The flexible, respectful individual we see is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as social work, human services or education
- Two or more years of experience working with families that include individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Experience with government or grant funding preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate and problem solve
- Ability to model and demonstrate courtesy, calm, professional and compassionate support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members across departments
- Demonstrated successful leadership skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
