What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities and Building Maintenance Technician position at St. Louis Catholic Church?
Experienced candidate with proven mechanical skills in building repairs - general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, outside maintenance. Includes snow shoveling, gutter cleaning. Multiple buildings on site.
Applicant must have reliable work record and good skills for working independently, for communicating in person and via radio, and for working in a busy, changeable setting. Background check required. Work week is 35 hrs, occasional overtime per weather/emergencies.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
