Overview:
As a Server at St. Louis Country Club, you will be expected to uphold the highest level of service for our members and their guests while maintaining a friendly attitude. Working as a team to ensure the highest adherence to quality service expectations is of utmost importance. St. Louis Country Club offers you an opportunity to work a variety of different events in an open and fun environment surrounded by a beautifully maintained property.
Qualifications:
Experience with proper table etiquette (Preferred)
Knowledge of food and beverage (Preferred)
Must be comfortable lifting items up to 40 lbs. (Required)
Previous experience working in hospitality / customer service (Preferred, willing to train the right candidate)
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet Members by name in a timely manner and guide them through service.
Work as a team to anticipate and go above and beyond for our members.
Help team reach common goals.
Adhere to set quality, consistency, and efficiency expectations and standards.
Perform and complete misc. job duties as requested by managers.
Individuals who are interested in part time evening/weekend work with the possibility of full-time hours.
Candidate's must be reliable, capable of working as part of a team and possess a true enjoyment of hospitality.
Normal working hours are Tuesday through Sunday, including some holidays and occasional Mondays.
Competitive hourly rate, meals, Paid Time Off, and holiday pay provided.
Please note this is a NO TIP position
