Hot Tub Delivery Person

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering hot tubs and swim spas in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are committed to excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

- Safely transfer hot tubs to and from a customer's back yard to the vehicle using a combination of a spa dolly, sled, or other applicable tools.

- Safely operate a vehicle and trailer carrying a hot tub or swim spa.

- Load and unload hot tubs from vehicles, using a forklift if necessary.

- When completing a delivery that requires a crane, communicate effectively with the crane operator to ensure the hot is safely set in place.

- Navigate through busy streets and highways, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery services, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards.

**Qualifications**

- A driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to lift and lift heavy objects.

- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
