OPERATIONS MANAGER
This posting is for a position during the 2025-2026 school year which would start in Summer 2025.

Responsibilities
Facilities and Maintenance
Receive, prioritize, and process custodial and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage compliance of the Food Service department and oversee Food Service operations.
Partnering with transportation vendor to l ead systems to support student transportation.
Monitor and track technology support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
Maintain organization of school supply inventory, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.

The annual salary for this position is competitive and rages from $50,000 - $65,239. Our salaries are well-above market rate : SLLIS salaries are higher than 97% of public schools in Missouri. Your salary would be based on the highest postsecondary degree you have obtained and the number of years of experience you have. SLLIS also offers the following :
