Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage service calls and accurately record them on the call sheet
- Conduct phone sales to enhance customer experience
- Generate work orders for all merchandise related to service calls or deliveries, ensuring items are pulled from the warehouse
- Flexibility to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Availability to work on Saturdays
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial emergency road service calls (Preferred)
- Knowledge of pneumatic tools, vehicle diagnostics, and tire service methods
- Strong service sales and customer service skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening
