Key Responsibilities: Advanced System Maintenance and Repairs: Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and infrastructure, ensuring systems are fully functional.Troubleshoot complex issues and implement corrective actions for public facilities, roads, parks, and building systems.Take a hands-on role in diagnosing and repairing critical systems, including advanced electrical and HVAC systems, and large-scale infrastructure like roadways or bridges.Preventive Maintenance and Inspections: Oversee the preventive maintenance schedules for facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are properly maintained to avoid downtime.Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become significant problems.Guidance and Training: Provide technical guidance and training to Maintenance Technicians I and II, helping to build team skills and ensuring quality workmanship.Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions for maintenance challenges faced by less experienced staff.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed, including detailed reports for repairs, inspections, and equipment condition assessments.Track materials and inventory usage, ensuring that necessary supplies are available for upcoming maintenance tasks.The following are examples of tasks that may be expected depending on the assigned department. Facilities: Manage the repair and installation of advanced HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure.
