About The Position
The Medical Billing Specialist reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for taking inbound calls to answer patient’s question about their medical bills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in working in a team environment and has a strong customer service focus to effectively interact with patients, doctors, staff and management.

Qualifications & Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards patients at all times.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Work with patients to answer questions and resolve any potential billing issues.
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology and billing is preferred
- Understands Medical insurance, deductibles, copay, and coinsurance
- Must have computer skills
