Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:
Oversees the patient care units, evaluation of continuous quality improvement, and compliance with hospital policies
and procedures and governmental regulations.
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assess bed demand, status, and flow of patients through the hospital to include changes in level of care, Transfer
Center, Emergency Department, Minor Emergency Centers, Day Surgery, Cath Lab, direct admits, and any other point of
entry into the hospital

Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:

2. Facilitate timely discharges through the collaboration with physicians, nurses, and Centers for Integrated Care
3. Intervene appropriately in decision making on patient placement, transfers and discharges based on patient care

4. Obtain clinical reports from transferring floor or referring hospital to determine if the patient meets the level of care

5. Familiarity with government regulations, TMF, HCFA, to ensure compliance for level of care

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate’s Degree
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Three (3) Years of experience
Pay Range
$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
Salary : $34 - $49
