Position Summary:
Provide financial support to the organization including general financial statement preparation, support and development of internal controls and process, and management of financial staff. Additionally, provides timely feedback to customer inquiries (ie department managers and Senior Staff) regarding financial statement questions or concerns. Direct supervision of support personnel. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related finance field.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience with supervisory responsibilities required. Demonstrated knowledge with financial applications, systems, and processes. Demonstrated ability to interact with leadership teams.
