Position Summary:
Responsible for entering patient data in the electronic medical record (EMR) for multiple practices. Displays maturity, flexibility, and effective organization and communication skills in dealing with other people. Works cooperatively with other departments and promotes teamwork within the department. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Must be a high school junior or higher.
Experience: Students pursuing degrees in nursing, medical technology\assistant, pharmacy, health Information or pre-med are preferred. Students should have basic computer skills and attention to detail.
