Position Summary:
Assures proper cleaning of equipment, floors and other surfaces, according to the Master Cleaning Schedule. Responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards required of a food service operation in order to ensure HACCP guidelines are followed for food safety, meet state and county health codes, and adhere to regulatory standards of JCAHO. Performs tasks utilizing proper procedure for chemical use to ensure personal safety as well as food safety. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values..
