Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and other important patient information
- Assist nurses and other healthcare team members with medical procedures and treatments
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work 3rd Shift (10P-6A) and weekends as needed
