St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN/RN to join our team for the Third Shift (10P-6A) part-time position. As an LPN/RN at our facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and personalized care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and document all relevant information
• Assist in developing and updating patient care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Iowa
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
