Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to church staff and leaders. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations pertaining to finance and accounting.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Utilize ACS Technologies for basic financial record keeping and reporting as needed.
- Assist in the development of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and file all necessary IRS taxes in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate financial reports for leadership meetings as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in ACS Technologies or similar accounting software is desirable.
