JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor-Clinic, purpose is to assure efficient and effective operations under the direction of the Clinic Manager. Manage and supervise all clinic operations and clinic support staff in Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, and Plastic Surgery. Communicate and collaborate with team members. Perform select office functions. Supervisor will demonstrate responsibility, organization, ability to manage, supervise, delegate, communicate, problem solve, make decisions and function independently.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Supervision principles; experience with windows and word processing; experience with third party payers; experience and knowledge of the billing process; understanding of medical records; ability to organize and meet timelines. Ability to write legibly, see, hear, read, speak English, talk, bend, sit, and work in a normal office environment. Travel may be required.
