What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at St Lukes Cornwall Hospital Health System?
Pay Rate: $44.00-$54.00 per hour
To provide functional evaluation of the client and the planning and utilization of a program of purposeful activities to develop functional or adaptive skills designed to achieve maximal physical and mental functioning of the patient.
Education/Training : Graduate of an accredited college program in Occupational Therapy with a BS, MS in Occupational Therapy. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience : Entry Level. 1-2 years experience preferred.
Licensure, Registration or Certification : NYS licensure or eligible. BLS required through the American Heart Association.
