What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at St Lukes Cornwall Hospital Health System?
Rate Rate: $82.77 per hour
Reviews all medication orders for its appropriateness, dispenses, prepares, and compounds accurately all medication orders including pediatric, neonatal & chemotherapy preparations, counsel & advise patients,. Perform all necessary Pyxis tasks, Direct and Wholesaler ordering. Supervises the tasks carried out by the pharmacy technicians & messengers
Education/Training : B.S in Pharmacy, ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Experience : 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Computer usage and key boarding kills are important.
Licensure, Registration or Certification : Current New York State pharmacist license/ registration renewal.
