Overview
St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Coordinator Gift Shop to join our Gift Shop/Volunteer team.
Under general supervision, responsible for supporting the manager in overseeing projects that include the financial and product management, volunteer scheduling and oversight for the Gift Shop.
- Knowledgeable in all Gift Shop procedures.
- Trains, supervises and assists in day-to-day gift shop volunteer activities.
- Provides statistical/financial information/reports.
- Maintains accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Manages and oversee all inventory processes.
- Researches and resolve issues within gift shops as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications: None
