Overview
St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Data Specialist to join Foundation team.
Under minimal supervision, the Data Specialist 3 is responsible for providing administrative support for a database which supports a system.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs a range of complex administrative and support services for a fundraising and relationship database that supports the System's philanthropic initiatives.
- Handles complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter.
- Organizes and enters data into appropriate databases.
- Maintains and ensures the integrity and security of one or more databases.
- Trains other staff as users of the system.
- Extracts data as needed for reporting requirements.
- Imports data as needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 4 years experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: None
Preferred Qualifications:
- Raiser's Edge or similar technology
