Join our dynamic, accredited residency programs at St. Luke’s Health System, where you’ll be part of a cutting-edge, patient-centered environment. We are seeking passionate PGY1 Acute Care Residents for the 2025-2026 year. This is your chance to grow professionally in a supportive, hands-on learning environment in our Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho!

What You Can Expect

  • Experience hands-on learning as you complete clinical rotations under the guidance of expert preceptors across various specialties, gaining valuable insights and skills in diverse settings.
  • Lead impactful projects while providing pharmaceutical care, contributing directly to patient well-being and making a difference in their health outcomes.
  • Enhance your skills in compounding, preparing, and dispensing medications, all while adhering to the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
  • Optimize medication therapies by reviewing and refining treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and quality care at every step.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, while sharing your pharmaceutical expertise and gaining valuable interdisciplinary experience.
  • Make a lasting impact by documenting clinical findings and influencing positive patient outcomes through your expert care and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
  • Valid Idaho Pharmacy Extern/Intern License
  • Valid Idaho Pharmacy License in state of practice within 90 days of employment
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
