Saint Luke's Cancer Institute is actively searching for a BC/BE Oncologist to join the comprehensive oncology team located at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, MO.
About the position
The physician will join a dynamic, academically focused, regionally integrated group of oncologists with an emphasis on multidisciplinary care, quality, research, and teaching
This 100% inpatient, employed position offers a flexible schedule and is open to candidates seeking a .5 FTE in addition those wanting a 1.0 FTE; Will work in conjunction with a full-time, dedicated inpatient oncology APP
Excellent general hospitalist support with most oncology patients being admitted to general hospitalist service
Saint Luke's Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine; The candidate will work closely with HEM/ONC fellows, IM residents in addition to medical students
The Saint Luke's Cancer Institute has a robust clinical research program with NCI, industry and investigator initiated clinical trials as well as a Center for Precision Oncology and a molecular tumor board
Commission on Cancer Silver Commendation Accredited Integrated Cancer Network Program and QOPI certified practice
