Job Description
This Mid-level engineer in Technology is skilled to design, develop and implement automation solutions using RPA and AI tools/platforms which will help the organization to enhance operational efficiency, streamline administrative workflows, improve data accuracy and compliance, optimize resource management, and reduce operational costs.
This role will be responsible to lead troubleshooting of production issues involving off hours support as needed and provide break fixes. Participates in risk management activities and works on the remediation/mitigation plans.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business needs of the client and mapping the To-Be process and translating the process into automated steps, supporting both to the functional and the technical part of the requirements.
- Working with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commands.
- Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Creating robust attended and unattended automations using object cloning, keystrokes, image recognition, PDF, OCR screen scraping, exception handling, and other technologies.
- Develop and conduct test plans to include expected outcomes and identifying any possible exception (planned or unplanned).
- Participate in workflow redesign identifying alternative ways to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
- Stays up-to-date on a variety of technologies to recommend the best solution to meet a specific automation goal.
- Monitor and support automations in productionProblem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
