Park Avenue Villa is a 37-unit assisted living facility. Park Avenue Villa promotes independent living and provides a range of daily services including meals, housekeeping services, social events, personal care and 24-hour emergency response.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our facility, and weekly cleaning of our tenants apartments.
This ad is for a full-time, 32 hours per week, Monday Friday, day shift (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM) position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping common areas, tenant rooms, and other designated spaces.
- Ensure that all surfaces are disinfected and free from germs and bacteria.
- Change bed linens and towels as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Assists with laundry and linens as assigned.
Requirements include:
- Capability to commute reliably to and from workplace in all weather conditions.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with residents and teammates.
