Summary
- JOB SUMMARY
- With support from the Manager, departmental specialists, the Human Resources Business Partner forms partnerships across the organization to support a positive and productive working environment at Aspirus St. Luke's. With support from departmental specialists, the positon has duties in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, compensation, HR compliance and special projects for assigned employee groups. Works to ensure policies, contract language and past practice are applied appropriately in supported areas.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or equivalent.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of professional Human Resources experience.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
