Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled duties in the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the facility. Handles necessary repairs of equipment and appliances. Coordinates service from outside tradesman when needed. Maintains hospital grounds including mowing, spraying, weeding, and snow removal.
Requirements:- 1 or more years of previous similar experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Knowledgeable about electricity and electrical safety
- Must possess technical skill and knowledge to perform duties
- Must be able to follow direction, both oral and written, and work cooperatively with other staff members
- Multiple mechanical repair abilities
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
