Certification Details BLS Job Details Job Summary : Physical Therapy position at St Lukes Jerome Medical Center in Jerome, Idaho. Unit : Physical Therapy Jerome of patients treated per day : 8 to 10. 1 therapist per day. Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Ortho-total joints, neuro-strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical, and General ICU. Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed coverage required. Job Requirements Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience. General Certification Requirements : BLS. Schedule Information 5-8 hour shifts, 0830-1700. No self scheduling. May need to cover holidays. Unit Specific Information Usually 2-3 days of department-specific orientation for travelers. Additional Details This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. Candidates' permanent address is required to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review. EMR : EPIC Manager on each shift.
