Job Details
A hospital in Idaho is in need of a SLP to work a 13 week travel assignment.
Travelers have been working Fri-Mon but may change for vacation coverage.
Weekend Requirements : Traveler covers the weekends.
Holiday Requirements : As needed.

Additional Details
37 hour guarantee
Unit : Speech Therapy Magic Valley Hospital Flr 2
of patients treated per day : 8 to 10. 3 SLPs on per day.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Stroke, pneumonia, sepsis, etc.
Acute Inpatient and Acute Rehab
What areas are they required to cover : ICU, acute tower and rehab unit- will share their time equally between acute inpatient and acute rehab.
May float to Jerome Medical Center about 30 min from here.
EMR : EPIC
Is there a SLP Manager / Supervisor on each shift : Manager
Do you staff Rehab Aides : Rehab aides
How many shifts of unit / department specific orientation : Usually 2-3 days in department. Travelers should plan on working M-F 5 8’s to accommodate the onboarding schedule.
