What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/RN - Day shift position at St. Lukes Nursing Center?

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Support patients and families through education and health coaching.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
