What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at St. Lukes Nursing Center?
The receptionist will serve as the point person for all incoming calls to St. Luke's. This employee will possess positive energy and present exceptional customer service to all callers, visitors, company associates, residents, and employees. The receptionist will assist all department heads with clerical responsibilities and assist in organizing and maintaining company documents.
Essential Responsibilities
Present positivity when answering all calls
Sort Mail
Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
Assist others in connecting with another employee who can assist them
Order Bud Vase for all new Residents
Order/send plant for deceased residents to funeral home
Answer phones, take messages when needed
Create resident list with room changes, new residents, deceased residents
Create Name for the outside of room
Create Names for the board outside of office
Perform clerical responsibilities for department heads when needed
Report any urgent calls to Administrator right away
Assist with other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
