Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field is required; teaching certification is required.
- Experience with teaching reading
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and special education practices is a plus.
- Strong writing skills for lesson planning, assessment documentation, and communication with parents.
