Your duties will include cleaning Resident rooms and common areas, such as mopping, vacuuming, polishing, emptying trash, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and washing windows. This role requires working independently with minimal supervision, handling and disposing of hazardous waste safely, using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment, and ensuring safety and infection control policies are followed. You will also be tasked with maintaining furniture, light fixtures, and floor surfaces, as well as performing minor repairs such as unclogging toilets and changing light bulbs. Additionally, you may prepare apartments for move-ins and deliver personal clothing. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Schedule:This is a full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, 7:00am-3:30pm
