The Maintenance Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
