Certification Details RCIS RT CVT RN Job Details Job Title : Hybrid Cath Lab Tech Unit : Cath Lab Shift : Days 6 : 30AM to 5 : 00PM Start Date : ASAP Assignment Length : 13 Weeks Location : St. Mark’s SLC, UT Address : 1200 E. 3900 South SLC, UT Floor : 2nd Cath Lab Building : Main Number of Labs : 2 Number of Staff : 15 Patient Ratios : Varies 5-15 cases per day Type of Equipment : GE EMR : EPIC / Merge Job Requirements Must have : Diagnostic and Interventional Scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP / Impella Preferred : Rota, TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip Required Certifications : RCIS or RT or CVT or RN that scrubs Schedule Information Approximately 10 call days to include at least 1 weekend per month Unit Specific Information Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire – Navy (Provided) Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
