  • Address : 1200 E. 3900 South SLC, UT
  • Floor : 2nd Cath Lab
  • Building : Main
  • Number of Labs : 2
  • Number of Staff : 15
  • Patient Ratios : Varies 5-15 cases per day
  • Type of Equipment : GE
  • EMR : EPIC / Merge

    • Job Requirements

  • Must have : Diagnostic and Interventional Scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP / Impella
  • Preferred : Rota, TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip
  • Required Certifications : RCIS or RT or CVT or RN that scrubs

    • Schedule Information

  • Approximately 10 call days to include at least 1 weekend per month

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire – Navy (Provided)
