St Mary Catholic School is seeking a 4K teacher aide. This part-time position follows the school calendar. Expected hours are 7:30-12:30 Monday-Friday. St Mary offers a faith-based quality education for grades 3K-3rd and is located on the hill overlooking beautiful Mayville.
Requirements for this position:
- Assist the lead classroom teacher with engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Help prepare materials throughout the day
- Work one on one with students to enhance mastery of skills
- Build and maintain positive relationships with administration, staff, students, and parents
- Be open-minded to new ideas
- Be a team player
- Be flexible
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
