Overview:
Responsible for supervising Imaging techs and support staff. Manages the day-to-day operations of the department including staff scheduling, coordinating daily work activities, participation in the recruitment and selection process, training and mentoring staff, performance evaluations, implementing quality and process improvement initiatives and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Will have working knowledge of all related accreditations and keep our BCOE compliant.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Experience Requirements:
- Three years as a mammographer required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
- Associate Degree required
- Bachelor Degree preferred
Certification/License Requirements:
- ARRT (M) required
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association required
- Densitometry X-Ray, Bone Density certification required within 6 months of hire, if applicable to entity
