4th Grade Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our school as the 4th grade teacher. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for learning among students. This role requires the ability to develop engaging lesson plans, implement curriculum effectively, and support the diverse needs of young learners.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
• Mentor students in their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and specialists to address individual student needs, including early intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Experience

• Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in mentoring or tutoring students in various subjects is a plus.
• Proficiency in utilizing learning technology to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Familiarity with Catholic education and Catholic schools.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
