Responsibilities:
As an incumbent of this position you will assist in management of the
day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, maintaining compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery
and quality of services to our residents.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must be a Licensed Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience as
a nurse supervisor in a long term care setting.
- Must possess knowledge of federal and
state regulations, and have strong leadership and teambuilding
skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and
communicate effectively with medical personnel, facility staff, residents
and their families.
