Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current and valid state RN License, Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current, and Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers safe patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Assesses the patient's physical and emotional needs.
- Develops a plan of care that meets the patient's needs.
- Implements interventions to address the patient's needs.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the care provided.
